The Problem:
Woolworths really needed to increase visitors to their Xmas microsite, without spending more on media. We needed a way to spread the message that wouldn't cost anything.
The Solution:
We created a piece of online content called Karaoke Carols, which we embedded into the microsite. It allowed you to sing-a-long to your favourite carol, record it, then send to your friends and family, or post on Facebook.
The Results:
Karaoke Carols was an immediate success. There was a 46% increase in visitors to the site and thousands of e-cards were sent. It was also picked up on bannerblog.com.au.
